WERK! How I try to do it :)


I'm not on a diet and I do not work out every day. I mostly eat healthy because healthy food tends to taste and feel better when you eat it and I go running, biking (indoors) and do crunches and pushups every once in a while. I like feeling free about my choices as opposed to having an obligation to them and so far not bad ay. 

Seriously though, I exfoliate and moisturize daily, enjoy all kinds of salads and fruits quite often and try to get water running through me as often as I can. Sometimes that means going to pee eleventeen times, other just 3. The main thing really that I can say is we all mostly know what's is healthy for us and what keeps us fit. It's just a matter of doing a few of those things consciously and putting down that third burger of the week for whatever the healthier alternative then may be.  Don't have a gym nearby, but have a pair of sneakers? This time of the year's weather is awesome for a shortish (20mins is realistic and easier to commit to more often - no need for half marathon training daily cuz you'll be pooped after the first day) well paced jog. You can also CHOOSE to take the steps when it's realistic to do so - I occasionally do it up the 7 flights at work.

Just look around you and there is a gym waiting to be used. I have no equipment and I hate gyms so I'm not going to recommend morning jogs on the beach when the closet body of water is a bathtub IF i filled it with water. You know what to do IF you really want to :)
