I have to start off by saying that the Illuminati is working hard every single second of every single minute of every single hour or every single day! I'm really glad I got that off my chest! Are you wondering why I said that? Because you should be since I want so badly to tell you why.
Stores have learnt to adapt to the short attention spans we can't help but have as consumers of EVERYTHIIIING (not just with things, but even with feelings [that's a whole 'notha thing]). There are some top consumer trend psychologists in these stores and they are all sick in the head. WHYYY you are asking? There are soooo many cute things lining the checkout isles and they are mostly irresistible.
During my lunch break I power walked over a couple of blocks to return something I recently received in the mail that didn't quite fit as I'd envisioned and I knew I didn't want to shop because I didn't have the time so I joined the really long line simply to make the return. With about 8 people in front of me and surrounded by all these lovely/cute eyeshadow palettes, nail polishes, books, keychains, earrings, lip glosses and sticks...LORD! You almost forget to move up when the line is moving up. I really fought hard not to get several more NYX lipglosses and lipsticks that I won't use past the first time I rock them. I settled on this fun/super size Coca-Cola flavored lipstick and so far I already love it! I don't really drink soda [except orange] and as much as I used to love Coke, I can't remember the last time I had one. This chapstick tastes lightly like the world famous soda and is highly moisturizing.
see how big it is?
in my hand, compared to a regular size
Keep your situations moisturized people! Keep them moisturized. The point of all this was that the Illuminati is everywhere.
