Remembering the OTHER Stevie J

Last night the 12th episode of the 2nd season of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta aired on VH1 and although I did not watch it, I must say I am quite the fan of the display of utter dysfunction in every sphere I never even imagined that it is. What gives?! I pray the Lord protects me from such and delivers them all. Stevie J, from the beginning, has been one that most viewers love to hate. Anyway, this is not about him.

This is about Steve Jobs and I just wanted to share a few of my favorite quotes of his with you...because sharing is caring <3 p="">

"If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on."

"Be a yardstick of quality. Some people aren't used to an environment where excellence is expected."

"You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something - your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life."

"That's been one of my mantras - focus and simplicity. Simple can be harder than complex: You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it's worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains."

"Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes… the ones who see things differently — they’re not fond of rules… You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can’t do is ignore them because they change things… they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do."
